New Technologies in hysteroscopy have revolutionized the diagnosis and therapy of intrauterine disorders, ensuring excellent clinical results. Therefore, a strong knowledge of the new hysteroscopic techniques has a pivotal importance to keep gynaecologists updated. The hysteroscopy course “HOW TO HYST” is a two- day practical, intensive course set-up according to the European Academy of Gynaecological Surgery’s standards to give gynaecologists an opportunity to learn and practice the most modern hysteroscopic techniques. Hands-on training using the hysteroscopic trainer to simulate different possible intrauterine scenarios will be the core of this course along with theoretical lessons given by expert tutors. Participants will perform tested and certified practical exercises and will be trained in the use of hysteroscopic techniques according to the European Academy of Gynaecological Surgery’s format.
The limited number of 2 participants per training station and the constant supervision by expert and certified tutors will ensure the quality of learning, thus enhancing the final results. The assessment of the hysteroscopic skills learned during the course will be tested by validated timed tests.
